workshops.
On the agricultural tour, you’ll hear stories about the founding of the settlements and the difficulties in
successfully farming in this arid area.
You’ll learn about the local desert flora and fauna, and the impact of the salty soil, harsh sun, and scarcity of
rainwater.
Come to visit our private orchards and date fields.
Furthermore, you’ll receive comprehensive explanations about dates, stop at a pepper or basil greenhouse
(self-harvesting, depending on season), and learn about vegetable and spice farming.
During the tour, we’ll get out of the car to truly experience the sandy and arid area.
The tour ends at our gallery where paintings by Moriah Katz, handmade wooden trays by Ronen, desert
landscape photographs and a variety of art sourced from natural materials are displayed.
