Desert

Neria and Shir met at Kibbutz Ein Gedi. Neria was born here and Shir came after seeking the magic of the desert and, thereafter, lived her life on the kibbutz. They connected through their love of baking.

Neria and Shir are a classic story of admirable, local entrepreneurship.

They started out as an untitled business – a bakery, mainly of cakes – and quickly, moved on to pastries and other dairy foods, and became a delicious caterer and patisserie.

Even the structure in which they work today, they renovated themselves, and they constantly upgrade the place to suit the needs and fulfillment of their dreams.

Food samples: pastries – pizzas and focaccias, cakes and cookies – salads, homemade sauces, dips, and more…

Suitable for everyone, from a meal for one, to large groups.

Everything is especially prepared and pre-ordered.

Kfaruchka

Dessert is a confectionary and bakery shop offering homemade and local sweets in  Kibbutz Ein Gedi.​ It was founded in 2019 as a bakery specializing in cakes and cookies. Over time, it has  become a confectionary shop and a charming coffee shop.  Serving fresh pastries, coffee, sandwiches, and salads, everything is fresh and prepared on  site.​ The cakes and cookies are always delicious and mouth-watering. If you need a birthday  cake, let us know! Catering services are also offered.  Located in Kibbutz Ein Gedi, in the shopping center adjacent to the hotel lobby.
